Marlee Krieger
Marlee Krieger is the CEO and founder of Calla Health, a women’s health technology company focused on developing innovative solutions that improve access to care and health outcomes for women worldwide. She also works with the Center for Global Women’s Health Technologies at Duke University, where her work spans global health innovation, medical technology development, implementation science, and entrepreneurship.

Brian Crouch
Dr. Brian Crouch is Chief Technology Officer at Calla Health Foundation and Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Duke University, where he leads the development and translation of innovative point-of-care technologies for cancer detection and treatment. His work bridges engineering, artificial intelligence, and global health to create scalable, accessible solutions that expand access to high-quality care in clinical, community, and home settings.

Nimmi Ramanujam
Dr. Nirmala (“Nimmi”) Ramanujam is the Founder of Calla Health Foundation and the Robert W. Carr Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Duke University, where she leads pioneering research in cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment. Her work addresses access gaps across the cancer care continuum both locally and globally. Her group develops low-cost imaging, artificial intelligence, and digital health platforms to decentralize the early detection of cervical cancer, and immune-based injectables and metabolic biomarkers for breast cancer treatment.

Lucas
Lucas is an Engineer at Calla Health Foundation. In his role, Lucas supports the development, testing, and implementation of medical technologies designed to increase access to high-quality cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services, particularly in low-resource settings.

Jesko von Windheim
Dr. Jesko von Windheim is an experienced entrepreneur, business executive, and academic who serves as the Lynn Gorguze-Scott Peters Professor of the Practice of Environmental Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Chair of Business and Environment at Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment.

Megan Huchko
Megan Huchko, MD, MPH, holds a dual appointment as an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and the Duke Global Health Institute. Dr. Huchko's research focuses on optimizing the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer among vulnerable women in settings where health disparities occur. She has been working with the Kenya Medical Research Institute through the Family AIDS Care and Education Services (FACES) program and Ministry of Health Clinics in the Nyanza Province of western Kenya since 2006.

Robert Miros
Mr. Miros is the CEO of 3rd Stone Design Inc., a privately held product design and development company engaged in engineering, manufacturing, and product strategy. Products developed run the gamut from medical devices, to alternative energy systems, to consumer products. Business activities include design, distribution and marketing of its own products, joint ventures with research institutions and government entities, and consulting services to multinationals, NGO's, and inventors.

Justin Lo
Justin Lo is an AI and technology executive with deep expertise in data science, AI/ML, and digital platform strategy and execution. He has spent his career leading the transformation of advanced analytics and AI capabilities within large-scale organizations in the energy industry, helping teams operationalize emerging technologies and create sustainable business value. Today, he serves as a senior leader in Chevron's Enterprise AI organization, where he guides enterprise AI strategy execution, adoption, and innovation. Justin earned bachelor's degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Liberal Arts Plan II from The University of Texas at Austin and an engineering doctorate from Duke University. He advises academic and nonprofit organizations on AI, data strategy. He is also a recipient of the SASE IT Leader of the Year award.
